You can connect your Strava account by navigating to the Apps section in your profile and selecting the Connect option. This will redirect you to Strava, where you can grant read access to your public activities. Private activities will not be accessible.
Removing the Strava connection will deauthorize Strava completely from your profile, and all Strava-related data will be deleted from our database. You can do this in the Apps section by clicking on Disconnect.
Our Ride Overlay feature allows you to create transparent PNG image with key activity statistics, perfect for sharing on social media platforms like Instagram Stories. This includes data such as distance, time, average speed, and elevation gain, with an ability to choose different styles. This option is available under Ride activities on Strava tab. This feature is only available to you.
To refresh your Strava data, you can click the Update button in the Strava tab. This fetches the latest activity statistics from Strava. The update function is limited to once every 10 minutes to prevent overloading.
Yes, according to the new Strava API changes, all data must be visible only to the logged-in user.
If you face any issues with updates, please ensure that 10 minutes have passed since your last refresh. If problems persist, you can disconnect and reconnect Strava in the Apps section or contact support for assistance.
Each race uses a Strava segment and has a fixed start and end time. Start your activity exactly at the scheduled time, ride the segment, and upload to Strava within 3 hours after the race ends. The leaderboard updates automatically based on your elapsed time.
No. A regular Strava account is enough. Just connect Strava, keep your ride public (or visible to the app), and the system will find your effort automatically.
Connect your Strava account, open the race page, click Join, and be ready to start your activity exactly at the scheduled time. Ride the designated segment and upload within 3 hours after the race ends.
We fetch your activity and segment effort using Strava’s API. For the race segment, we use the elapsed time (not moving time). The fastest valid elapsed time wins.
Points are awarded by finishing position (e.g. 25, 20, 16, 13, 11, 10… down to 1 for 15th). DNS (no recorded effort) earns 0 points. Season standings sum your points across races.
Races use a fixed start time. If you don’t have a valid effort within the race window, you will appear as DNS (Did Not Start) for that race.
Common reasons: your activity is private, your start/end is hidden in Strava settings, the segment wasn’t matched (off-route or GPS drift), you uploaded after the 3-hour grace window, wrong sport type/e-bike, or you didn’t join the race. Make sure you joined the event, rode the exact segment during the window, and your upload is public.
Races are designed for MTB on unpaved/mixed surfaces unless stated otherwise. Use a safe, well-maintained bike, wear a helmet, and bring adequate clothing and hydration. You participate at your own risk. GPX files are available on the race page when provided.
Some time-trial (TT) events specify no-draft rules (e.g., 20 m gap behind, 3 m lateral). Check the race description—if a race is marked TT, no-draft rules apply.
Unless otherwise stated, your best valid elapsed time during the active window is used. For fixed-start races, ride one clean attempt at the scheduled time.
The League leaderboard aggregates points across races in the selected season. Use the season selector to view a specific season. Your profile shows total points, race count, and podiums.
Results lock after the race window plus the 3-hour upload grace. Late uploads, invalid activities, or rule violations may be removed at the organizer’s discretion.
Strava compares your GPS trace to the segment’s polyline. For your effort to register, you must:
Strava allows some GPS tolerance, but if you miss the start/finish or stray too far from the route, the segment won’t match. For races, we rank by elapsed time — pauses and stops are included in your time.
