This Cookie Policy explains how North Croatia Team uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website. It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies help us provide a more personalized and efficient user experience by remembering your preferences and actions across our website.
We use cookies and similar technologies for various purposes, including:
Strictly necessary cookies we always set: NCTSESSID (keeps you logged in, 7 days) and cc_cookie (remembers your cookie choices, 1 year).
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using our cookie consent tool. Click Cookie Preferences in the footer, or the link below, to review and update your choices. Note that disabling non-essential cookies won't affect your ability to use the site. Manage Cookie Preferences
We count your visit with Umami, an open-source tool that we run ourselves on our own server. It sets no cookies and writes nothing else to your device that identifies you. No data goes to Google or any other third party. Each visit records the page, the referring site, country and city (approximate, derived from your IP address, which is not stored), device type, browser and operating system. A daily-changing anonymous identifier is used to tell visits apart, and it cannot be traced back to you or linked to your account. A few actions (placing an order, joining a race, clicking "connect Strava", subscribing to the calendar) are counted as anonymous totals. Statistics are deleted after 13 months.
Umami runs by default because it sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. It respects a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser. To opt out, click Reject in the cookie banner or Cookie Preferences in the footer, and we stop counting your visits on that browser.
Until October 2026 we used Google Analytics with your consent. We stopped using it and no longer load any Google script. We keep only aggregated statistics from that time (page counts, countries, devices), which do not identify you. Any _ga cookies left on your device by that tool are no longer used and can be deleted in your browser settings.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically for any changes.
